Monster Cables Standard Guitar Cable Reviews 4

This is the popular 21' Standard Series Monster cable that makes you feel like you've arrived as a professional musician taking this cable out to non-paying bar gigs.

I originally found this in my old practice space. Since Monster has such a liberal return policy that leaves you feeling like the ultimate rockstar turning it in no questions asked for a free brand new one, I frequently upgrade my stock which I'll go into detail later about the shoddy construction. Either way, I think they are $25 street price.

I like it because it does actually sound like a decent cable. No unwanted noise. Brand new, the cables come with a handy dandy velcro cable tie.

That I need to drive 15 miles to the closest Guitar Center to return this cable every 6 weeks or less.

Just good enough that a procrastinator like myself won't jump ship and opt for a better cable. Remember you'll always get a free new one if yours breaks.

Bottom Line: These cables are the cat's pajamas amongst your peers. Do yourself a favor and find a sturdier cable. These sound great, but a few shows in and the jacks start to cut in and out. NOT COOL if you are about to channel Jimi Hendrix as you take a solo.

I paid $30 bucks at a guitar center, if i break it i get a new one for free. Thats originally why i bought it, because i break cables like nothing.

The best sounding cable out there that you can get under $80. It has great sound and gives you no ckckckckc sounds or muffled sounds. Extremely well made.

nothing at all

Great quality. I would usually break a cable a month and I did not break this for 2 years straight.

Monster makes the best cables. period. They are worth the $30-60 that you pay for them. They are excellant quality and sound THE BEST.
